We accept Team Care Arrangements, please make them out to 'Habits for Health'. Please include a GPMP or letter with your referral. Similarly, we accept DVA patients.

​

Please note we are not a bulk billing practice, however the initial cost for clients on a care plan is significantly reduced.

​

We also accept private patients. Should you want to refer patients privately, please send a referral letter. We welcome patients without referrals.

​

We are registered with most health funds, so private patients are able to claim a rebate should they have dietetics cover.
