Here at Habits for Health, we believe that proper nutrition is the foundation of a healthy life. Nutrition is often a struggle for many people due to lack of skills, lack of money or lack of knowledge - and with all the nutrition trends that circulate, it's not surprising that people get confused.

We are here to help you by delivering the most up-to-date, science-backed nutrition information to ensure you are providing the best fuel to your body. Because we can't all be Jamie Oliver, our focus is on nutritious foods that are simple to create and don't break the bank.

About us

Charlotte Rowley

Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Diabetes Educator, Founder

Master of Dietetics, Graduate Diploma of Diabetes Education, BSc Molecular Biology, BSc Biomedical Science, Certificate IV Fitness, Certificate III Fitness

Charlotte is dedicated to helping people improve their lives through making healthy changes that are important the individual. Prior to her Masters degree, Charlotte completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science and Bachelor of Molecular Biology. This is what inspired her love for health and she went on to complete her Certificate III and IV in Fitness, however, she decided she loved food more, and pursued the nutrition side of health.  Charlotte has since completed a Graduate Diploma of Diabetes Education and is working towards becoming credentialed with the Australian Diabetes Educators Association.

Working collaboratively with clients is her first priority so that clients achieve their goals without feeling they are just being told what to do. Based on this philosophy, and the idea that everyone deserves individualised nutrition care, Charlotte founded Habits for Health.

In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys yoga and craft. She can often be found under a pile of scrap fabric or covered in paint.
