When it comes to living healthier, we often know what we should do, but we need some guidance to make it happen.

 

We understand that life can get in the way of our good intentions, and we work with you to develop a comprehensive plan to tackle major areas of change.

Besides general healthy eating and diabetes, we specialise in low FODMAP diets and the RPAH/FAILSAFE diet for food chemical intolerances. We also take a Health At Every Size® (HAES®) and Intuitive Eating approach to getting healthy.

We help you unpack your feelings and attitudes towards food, and then we rebuild, healthier. As part of our rebuild, we start inserting healthy building blocks, healthy habits that will see you getting healthier every day.

Not just physically healthy, but mentally healthier too.

Diabetes Management

As dietitians, we can help you adjust your diet to naturally reduce your blood glucose levels.

 

For some people, small adjustments are all that are required, for others, dramatically cutting down on carbohydrates is required to lower blood glucose levels. This does not suit everyone, and our goal is to work with what you feel is possible, so that you can reach your optimal health. 

High Cholesterol / High Blood Pressure

High blood pressure and high cholesterol are some of the most common conditions we see in the clinics.

 

These conditions are what we consider "lifestyle" conditions, meaning we can avoid or improve them through our day-to-day actions.

 

This includes what we eat and how active we are.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Are you struggling with constipation, diarrhoea, bloating, excessive gas or stomach pain? You may be suffering with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

We pride ourselves on providing high quality nutrition, dietetic and diabetes education to the community. We have longer appointment times to really get to know our clients, and we are flexible with appointment times, offering evening and weekend time slots.

 

We have multiple clinics throughout Perth, however we also conduct home visits, and are able to provide telehealth appointments.
