We are passionate about helping you achieve your health goals
When it comes to living healthier, we often know what we should do, but we need some guidance to make it happen.
We understand that life can get in the way of our good intentions, and we work with you to develop a comprehensive plan to tackle major areas of change.
Often, it's about making small changes that add up to big results.

Besides general healthy eating and diabetes, we specialise in low FODMAP diets and the RPAH/FAILSAFE diet for food chemical intolerances. We also take a Health At Every Size® (HAES®) and Intuitive Eating approach to getting healthy.

Our diabetes education services help navigate the health care system and manage your condition
From diagnosis, understanding what diabetes is and to make health decisions around diabetes is of upmost importance for the rest of your life.
If you are struggling to get your blood sugar readings under control, or need some help managing any aspect of your diabetes, we are here to help.
You and Your Food
We help you unpack your feelings and attitudes towards food, and then we rebuild, healthier. As part of our rebuild, we start inserting healthy building blocks, healthy habits that will see you getting healthier every day.

Not just physically healthy, but mentally healthier too.

Diabetes Management
As dietitians, we can help you adjust your diet to naturally reduce your blood glucose levels.
For some people, small adjustments are all that are required, for others, dramatically cutting down on carbohydrates is required to lower blood glucose levels. This does not suit everyone, and our goal is to work with what you feel is possible, so that you can reach your optimal health.

High Cholesterol / High Blood Pressure
High blood pressure and high cholesterol are some of the most common conditions we see in the clinics.
These conditions are what we consider "lifestyle" conditions, meaning we can avoid or improve them through our day-to-day actions.
This includes what we eat and how active we are.
Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Are you struggling with constipation, diarrhoea, bloating, excessive gas or stomach pain? You may be suffering with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

IBS can be embarrassing and have significant impacts on your work and social life. We understand that getting on top of your symptoms is a top priority.

Other Nutrition Issues
We also treat a number of nutrition related issues including;

Reflux Disorder/ Heartburn (GORD)
Iron Deficiency
Fussy Eating and Childhood Nutrition
Pregnancy Nutrition
Mental Health
